Shipping Tips

Once your VINTNOIR box ships, you will receive an email confirmation with courier and tracking information.  Boxes  are shipped out in the following months: March, June, September, and December. The VINTNOIR box will be processed and shipped during the 3rd week of the shipping months for subscribers unless scheduled later. One-time purchases will be processed within 5-7 days after order is placed.

All delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. While we do our best to make sure orders are shipped as quickly as possible, delivery times may be affected by couriers, weather, and COVID-19.

An adult signature is required at the time of delivery. Be sure to track your package and it’s expected delivery date, so an adult can be present to sign for your box.

Double check the address before sending. Once your order is processed any address changes must be requested with the courier, and additional fees may be required. Also please know we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Once you receive your tracking information you can alert the courier directly with any special delivery instructions. i.e a gate code, or request for delivery windows.
